Entry 10 - The Journey Begins

I translated the code. I finally had glyph coordinates. All I needed was a portal. I rush back to the local portal and input the glyphs based on the code. the message read meet me at the station - password is CRIMSON.

I head back to the anomaly and used the main portal. I teleported to Polestar’s to get some supplies. The contact was in a station nearby anyways - it’s Isdoraijung galaxy but I will remember to get back to Euclid.

Approached another Vy’keen at an abandoned station. Gave them the password. They told me I have to find an observatory for the message.

I landed on the planet nearby. But ‘they’ found me in the end. Two seperate Vy’Keen agents, in mercenary spec and solar sails, landed as I searched in vain for an observatory. The first one tells me that the answers lie in the Galactic Hubspace - Lyria feels safer in those parts. Moments later, a second Vy’keen agent landed and cautioned me - “You have someone following you and you need to lose them. Don’t come to Hub Space until you do”

The idea that someone would be following me was surreal - why me? I thought about the messages I have been leaving for this mysterious agent - I should be more careful. Maybe they have already deciphered our coded messages. Maybe I should not bother leaving the messages but this is what they wanted - the universe listens.

I had to sit down and think. Heading back to Hub space would be a good idea - I could lose the tail and explore the different settlements and bases that have been established there. If Lyria decided to go to the Galactic Hub they would have good reason to.

I have to lose the tail first though - perhaps an expedition is in order soon!
